Damian Lillard is creating a lot of good memories for Portland natives this December.

The 23-year-old guard has hit two game-winning shots for the Trail Blazers the past week, helping Portland hold on to the No. 2 seed in the uber-competitive Western Conference.

Off the court, Lillard has impressed fans with his heartwarming generosity. Lillard recently surprised a group of 30 children from the Portland Boys and Girls Club with a shopping spree at Toys "R" Us. Each youngster had $100 to spend at the toy store, compliments of the 2013 NBA Rookie of the Year.

"Because of what I've been able to do as basketball player, it makes this stuff that much more valuable," Lillard told reporters. "It puts me in position to do things for the community and for the kids. Just to see how they reacted, the smiles on their faces, that's everything to me."
