A pair of octogenarians completed their quest to visit every major league baseball park in the country earlier this week when they witnessed Miami's 5-4 victory at Marlins Park, according to a Fox Sports report.

Gwen, 81 and Ardie, 86, said that they began their quest in 2002 at the Rockies' Coors Field. They had planned to visit the Marlins Park for its inaugural season last year. Unfortunately, they were delayed after Ardie suffered a heart attack.

"We think this is the best ballpark we have been in," Gwen said. "Just the atmosphere, everyone seems to be happy ... "

"I love it, I think this is the best park, the scoreboard and the whole shebang is just the best of any that we've ever been to," Ardie added.

Ardie and Gwen have been watching the sport since the 1930 and first began visiting ballparks in 1936.

Fox Sports Florida's Craig Minervini quipped the two were taking him to the famous party spot the Clevelander after the game.

"OK, that's right," Gwen said nodding.
