Green Bay Packers fans had one final chance to bid farewell to Donald Driver on Wednesday during a retirement ceremony at Lambeau Field.

The star wide receiver played his entire 14-year career with the Packers. Not only was Driver presented a key to the city, Wednesday was also named "Donald Driver Day" across the state and a Green Bay street will be renamed "Donald Driver Way" in his honor.

But even after the ceremony, Driver still had one last "goodbye" to say, and it was to someone he had never met before.

Earlier this week Fox 11 in Wisconsin profiled an elderly woman who may be the biggest Donald Driver fan in the world. Her name is Angie LeRoy, and she is a 78-year-old die-hard Packers supporter.

LeRoy attended Driver's ceremony at Lambeau Field and even decorated her house to honor the departing wide receiver. During her interview with Fox 11, she said one day, she would love to get a hug from her idol.

Driver saw the story, and before he left Wisconsin he wanted to make LeRoy's dream come true. Here's how he did it:
