Nick Newell is one of the fastest rising stars in MMA.

The 27-year-old is undefeated in 10 fights, with only one of those bouts lasting longer than one round. Over the weekend Newell scored another impressive win, defeating Keon Caldwell by submission and scoring a spot on SportsCenter's Top 10 plays of the night.

And, oh yeah, did we mention that Newell is one-handed? He was born without a left hand, his arm ends just below the elbow.

“All people are born with disadvantages,” Newell told the New York Post. “Mine is just something you can see.”

Below are highlights of the fight, including Newell's submission move on Caldwell.

Newell's is a name you may want to remember. Not only has the Milford, Conn., native dominated his last few bouts, he recently signed a contract with the newly created World Series of Fighting.

"There’s so many things that I’ve learned to do that people said I’d never be able to do," Newell said. "It just kind of makes me laugh at this point."
