Justin Gatlin could not keep up with Usain Bolt, but a Segway could.
Bolt won his second gold medal Thursday at the world championships in Beijing with a time of 19.55 in the 200 meters. Gatlin finished second, as he had to Bolt in the 100, at 19.74.
Bolt's celebration was interrupted when a Segway, with a cameraman aboard, bumped into a raised camera track and veered into the sprint champion's ankles.
Bolt goes down, then slowly somersaults his way back to his feet -- and comes up limping.
But Bolt was able to shake it off. He continued jogging around the track. He took pictures with the crowd and acted like he would during any other celebration. After all, the victory was his fourth straight in the 200 meters in the World Championships. He also won Olympic gold in the event in 2008 and 2012.
The extent of the Segway accident appears to be minimal:

Jamaica can exhale. Bolt is going to be fine.
But what if the Segway had a Henry Rowengartner effect and Bolt came back even faster than normal?
