As if life in the D.C. area wasn't hard enough for a person with a license plate that reads "F RGIII," things may have gotten a little more complicated for this Dallas Cowboys fan.

A Washington Redskins fan spotted a seemingly offensive license plate on a car that had a Dallas Cowboys sticker on the bumper. And he tweeted a photo at the Virginia DMV:


The Virginia DMV, which has an active and humorous Twitter feed, quickly responded.


The Virginia DMV's website notes that applications for license plates that are "profane, obscene, or vulgar in nature" will be rejected. While there's a chance this person just loves frogs, the Dallas Cowboys sticker on the car isn't helping his or her cause.

Naturally that tweet prompted Cowboys fans to respond with a potentially offensive license plate of their own.
