Perhaps league officials see this hit as being too good to be true, coming from a kicker, even if McAfee is listed as being bigger than Holliday: 6-1 and 233 pounds vs. 5-5 and 170 pounds. Or else why was McAfee summoned for a ... follow-up evaluation?

Of course, even if McAfee comes up clean on the steroid test, the league could still ding him for the kind of hit he applied:
