The Arizona Cardinals have found a unique way to reboot the always beloved foam finger while also paying tribute to injured safety Rashad Johnson.
For those who missed it, Johnson suffered a gruesome injury to his finger while trying to make a tackle during Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints. The tip of Johnson's left middle finger was essentially severed.
The injury is pretty grotesque, but if you'd like to see it, check out his twitter page.

Here's our two cents: We applaud the Cardinals for their creativity. The foam finger is a good idea, but it might make fans a little squeamish. Plus, this isn't exactly the most child-friendly souvenir.
