The oft-gossiped-about couple of Lindsey Vonn and Tiger Woods is still going strong thanks to their share of common interests, the skier told People Magazine this week while attending a fashion event in New York City.

"We are just happy," she said. "We're similar. We're both at the top of our sports, and we relate really well to each other."

Vonn is rehabbing from a knee injury that sidelined her at the end of last season. But in February she said she was ahead of schedule in her rehab. For now, she's still not skiing, which she told the magazine keeps her closer to her new beau.

"There's not much distance," she said. "I'm just in the gym right now, so I can be anywhere. I'm not skiing until September. So, it's been great. We haven't really been apart that much."

Vonn's been spotted by photographers picking up Woods' kids from school and hanging out with them over Memorial Day weekend. The two announced their relationship via a Facebook post earlier in March.

"This season has been great so far and I'm happy with my wins at Torrey and Doral. Something nice that's happened off the course was meeting Lindsey Vonn," Woods posted at the time. "Lindsey and I have been friends for some time, but over the last few months we have become very close and are now dating."
