As a coach at four different colleges, Lefty Driesel did something almost unthinkable in today's sporting world: he won at least 100 games at each school.

Driesel earned the respect and admiration of many of his colleagues during his career, and in 2007 he was voted into the College Basketball Hall of Fame.

So what was his secret? How was Driesel so successful at each stop?

Maybe it had something to do with how he was able to make himself, er, comfortable wherever he went.

In a recent interview with ESPN 980 in Washington, transcribed by Dan Steinberg of the Washington Post, Driesel dished on a plethora of subjects. Somehow, the coach got on the topic of Marilyn Monroe, and what he said next was wonderful and more than a little surprising.

"I'll tell you a little secret. [Monroe] used to sleep naked, right? And I always slept with pajamas, until I fell in love with Marilyn. So now, I still sleep naked. And my grandchildren come in there and say granddaddy, how come you don't wear pajamas? I say because Marilyn Monroe never did. They don't know who Marilyn Monroe was. And I can't stand sleeping with pajamas on anymore."

So there you have it. Is this tidbit in any way correlated with Driesel's success? Probably not. But we're all better people because we know whether Driesel sleeps with pajamas on or in the nude.
