Say what you will about Heisman winner Johnny Manziel and his recent exploits, but he didn't deserve this.

Lee Johnson, a municipal court judge in Ennis, Texas, posted on his Facebook page about a speeding ticket given to Manziel by the Ennis Police Department. A graduate of Baylor, Johnson has received tons of criticism over his post.

Here's the entire text of the post:

Too funny. So it seems that a certain unnamed (very) recent Heisman Trophy winner from a certain unnamed "college" down south of here got a gift from the Ennis P.D. while he was speeding on the 287 bypass yesterday. It appears that even though the OU defense couldn't stop him, the City of Ennis P.D. is a different story altogether. Time to grow up/slow down young 'un. You got your whole life/career ahead of you. Gig Em indeed.

Chris Huston of CBS Sports consulted legal expertsl who said Johnson's commentary is "unethical and could result in some disciplinary action -- or force him to recuse himself from the case."
