If you're looking to move to Miami, are interested in a waterfront property, and have $38 million to spare, Alex Rodriguez has an offer for you.

The New York Yankees third basemen recently put his Miami Beach mega-mansion for sale. And it's about as amazing as you would expect from a $38 million mansion.

The crib spans 20,000 sq. ft. and includes nine bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms, a gym, a home theater and much, much more.

Rodriguez reportedly bought the home in 2010 for $24 million and renovated it over the past two years. If you think the $14 million jump in price is ridiculous, think again. Jorge Alonso, an associate broker at Douglas Elliman Florida, told the New York Daily News that the Miami market has been quite hot recently.

"The high-end Miami market is out of control right now," Alonso said. "The Russians and Brazilians are buying like crazy. It’s like everyone is racing to buy a trophy house."
