It's been no secret that the recruiting of Penn State players in the wake of the NCAA's sanctions has been unrelenting. Schools have implicitly and explicitly recruited the current and future Nittany Lions.
But perhaps no school was more forward in its pursuit of a player as Ole Miss was with Penn State recruit Adam Breneman.
A tight end, Breneman is one of the top recruits in Penn State's class of 2013 and is rated by some as the best tight end in his class.
Ole Miss is so interested in Breneman that the Rebels sent him 32 handwritten letters in one day. To prove it, Breneman tweeted a photo of the letters.
Showing interest is one thing, but sending a high schooler 32 letters might be going slightly overboard.
