New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski's summer has been straight out of a reality show. It started with the six-year, $54 million extension he signed in June, the highest deal ever awarded to a tight end. Then, Gronk posed nude on the cover of ESPN The Magazine for its annual "Body Issue." And just a few weeks ago, Gronk had some fun after the ESPY awards in Los Angeles. Finally, the Patriots had to tell Gronk to lay low so as to avoid bad publicity.

The 6-foot-6, 260-pound Gronkowski has been so ubiquitous this summer, some have even dubbed it "The Summer of Gronk."

Thus far we've only been updated on Gronk's doings and whereabouts via second-hand sources, but apparently we're in for a treat. According to Darren Rovell, the Gronkowski family is in talks with the talent agency William Morris Endeavor to develop a TV show, a book deal and speaking engagements. Gronkowski has four brothers, two of whom are currently in the NFL (Dan is on the Browns and Chris is on the Broncos) and a third (Glenn) plays football at Kansas State.

If Gronk and Co. already lead a wild life, what would it be like with cameras following them around? This could get very, very interesting.
