San Francisco pitcher Matt Cain deserves all the credit for his amazing perfect performance, but a Giants fan did something just as unexpected last night.
How many times in the storied history of Major League Baseball has someone jumped on a jetpack to sneak a peak at a ballgame? An unknown man in San Francisco channeled his inner James Bond to catch a glimpse of the Giants-Astros game from the cool waters of McCovey Cove outside AT&T Park.
Obviously, this faceless fan must have some serious disposable income. The water-propelled jetpack he appeared to have used in San Francisco sells for close to $100,000 (MSRP), according to JetLev.com
With a top speed of 25 mph, flight ceiling of 30 feet and range of up to 80 miles, you can pretty much own the ocean, at least until the battery runs out after four hours.
