It's just not that easy to find a good woman these days. Forget heaven. An NFL star is looking for a match made on Twitter.

Rob Gronkowski turned to the popular microblogging site for a little romance. Let's just say the New England Patriots tight end isn't playing hard to get. Early on Tuesday morning, Gronkowski posted a message to his minions on Twitter looking for a Valentine's Day date.

As you might imagine, a number of young women responded with interest. Considering Gronkowski has over 238,000 followers, it's a safe bet he scored a date. Ladies are aware the 22-year-old from Buffalo has some mad moves on the dance floor, even after losing the Super Bowl.

It's also a safe bet that Bill Belichick's team won't cause a huge hullabaloo over his star tight end using Twitter as a dating site.Gronkowski was pressured into apologizing to Pats owner Robert Kraft last October because of a few suggestive photos he took with a porn star while his shirt was off that popped up on Twitter.

Although the Patriots lost the big game, Gronkowski rewrote the NFL record book for receiving tight ends. He set the record for most receiving touchdowns (17), most total touchdowns (18), and most receiving yards (1,327) during last season.

Gronkowski is expected to be out of action for 10 weeks after undergoing arthroscopic ankle surgery. The Boston Herald reports he could be fully recovered by late April, which would give him enough time to get ready for the Patriots' offseason workouts and minicamps.
