Alex Rodriguez is still dating actress Cameron Diaz, but are his eyes on a Cougar?
The New York Daily News gossip page reports the Yankees star invited Christie Brinkley to be his guest at a ballgame in the Bronx last Wednesday. A-Rod was seeing "clearly hitting on" the 57-year-old actress and model.
Despite taking Diaz, his girlfriend, to a celebrity filled party in the Hamptons on Saturday, Rodriguez is said to have told the actress who is 22 years older than him, that "he was unattached."
Brinkley was discovered in 1973, while visiting Paris. She appeared on SI Swimsuit covers in 1979, '80 and '81, when A-Rod was 4, 5 and 6 years old.
Rodriguez's friend told the Daily News that the pair are strictly friends.
