Ben Roethlisberger didn't hold back on security or music for his weekend wedding. The Steelers quarterback married Pittsburgh native Ashley Harlan, a doctor's assistant, in a heavily secured wedding ceremony.

The NY Daily News reports police blocked access to the area around the church many hours before the wedding, and private security worked to keep Steelers fans out. All guests had to present a special piece of paper to get access to the event, then were given wristbands once inside the convention center.

Roethlisberger has become a big fan of Christian music artists, and he's believed to have spent more than $60,000 alone on musical entertainment for his wedding. Season 5 "American Idol" finalist Mandisa performed along with a band that had three costume changes.

In addition to the big money tunes, Roethlisberger paid $113,265 to rent the Spirit of Pittsburgh Ballroom, 10 meeting rooms, a convention hall and every parking spot in the center's 750-space garage, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

With 600 wedding guests, estimates have the Steelers quarterback spending between $300-$500 per person. That translates to a bill of $180,000 to $300,000. Those costs don't include private security.

Wrestling icon Triple H was in the crowd for the wedding, but Steelers teammates Troy Polamalu and Hines Ward were among the big names who skipped the bash.
