The basketball player formerly known as Ron Artest doesn't want to be called that anymore. Artest, who started the legal process last month in Los Angeles to change his name to "Metta World Peace," wasn't happy when a fan called him by his old first name.

The New York Daily News reports a clubgoer was told off by the Lakers forward for calling World Peace by the name "Ron."

A woman who overheard Artest scold the Juliet clubgoer, who was under the impression that Artest said his new moniker was "Greater World Peace."

Artest (his old name), won't know until August 26, if his new World Peace handle will be allowed by the L.A. Superior Court.
