Every year in every sport, somebody is bellyaching about being snubbed from the All-Star Game. It makes for colorful conversation, but as a practical matter, you can't really appeal to a higher court. This year, though, Kevin Durant introduced an intriguing concept: If anyone thinks he deserves a spot in the All-Star Game, he could take Durant's -- provided he beats Durant in a game of one on one.
