Dario Saric is one of the great unknowns of the 2013 NBA draft. The 20-year-old was the 2013 FIBA Europe Young Men's Player of The Year Award winner, and he recently signed a three-year contract with the Turkish club Anadolu Efes. Saric will not be in the NBA for at least the next two seasons, and his new deal may have dropped him out of this year's lottery.
The delay is not meant to belittle the NBA. Saric has immense respect for the league. The forward grew up a Magic Johnson fan and Saric's father filled his home with Johnson memorabilia.
