Ronnie Lott knows a thing or two about being tough.

The 10-time Pro Bowler and NFL Hall of Famer is considered one of the most durable defenders in NFL history. He helped lead four teams to the Super Bowl and was one of the league's most feared tacklers.

So when Lott talks "tough," people listen. In an interview with ThePostGame, Lott opened up about the hardest places to play when he was in the NFL and why it's so difficult for teams to win in Seattle.

Lott, who has teamed up with Hanes for its #AmericasToughest campaign, also offered his pick for which teams will face off in Super Bowl XLVIII on Feb. 2.
