Those of us not daring enough to jump off buildings, leap over railings and use the city as our urban playground may never experience the utter exhilaration that comes from parkour.

Thankfully a new video from James Kingston should help give you an idea of what makes the sport, in which people (and dogs) leap, tumble and run through urban environments, so popular.

Kingston, an Ampisound parkour athlete, filmed this cool POV video in England. In about one week it has racked up more than half a million views.

You may recognize Kingston as the guy who wandered up to the top of a 250-foot crane and dangled off it with one hand. This guy just can't get enough thrills, apparently.
