NBA players who have struggled at the free throw line (looking at you, Dwight Howard) may want to consider this revolutionary new method.

Noa Kadosh, a rhythmic gymnast who is on staff at Camp Ramah in the Poconos, appears to have perfected the cartwheel free throw. In this video, she steps to the line, drops into a cartwheel and somehow kicks the basketball into the hoop.
