Tensions boiled over after a recent Florida championship water polo match between St. Thomas Aquinas and Belen high schools.
St. Thomas Aquinas won the contest, giving the school its first water polo championship. Afterwards, during post-game handshakes, a Belen player pushed an Aquinas player into the pool.

A short scuffle broke out, but according to the Miami Herald, several Belen players later went over to apologize and congratulate Aquinas' team.
