Bad things happen when people don't look before they cross the street. And unfortunately, not everyone is as fortunate as Steve, a skateboarder who is the subject of a new viral video.
In the clip, Steve doesn't stop at the crosswalk before gliding into the road. And just as he hits the street, a speeding car nails him. Steve's body is thrown into the air like a rag doll.
Luckily, and amazingly, Steve is somehow able to walk away from the hit without what appear to be any major injuries.
"I'm cool," he says several times.

The YouTube user who filmed and uploaded the video, "Cody Mchutchison," wrote that Steve signed the release form provided by police, "so the cops and emt's were not liable if anything happened to him."
Hopefully, at some point, Steve went to see a doctor.
