In this day of recruiting websites, AAU teams and the constant drive to find the next LeBron James, overhyping young athletes has become somewhat of a pastime for sports fans.

And while it's easy to brush off most of the coverage as superfluous, one highlight video posted recently has risen above the rest. The compilation belongs to the superbly named Seventh Woods, a 14-year-old from Columbia, South Carolina. In the video, the 6-foot-1 Woods dominates opponents with an array of extremely athletic dunks, blocks and lethal step-back shots.

In four days since its posting, the video has accumulated more than 3 million views.

Woods dominated in his first year of high school basketball, averaging 19.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.7 steals.

Sure, Woods just finished his freshman year of high school and probably is not playing against the best competition. And so we can probably save the LeBron James comparisons for a few years down the road.

But with his highlight reel exploding, and his name being Seventh Woods, he has already become somewhat of cultural phenomenon.
