For whatever reason, there seems to have been a rash of spectacular, buzzer-beating shots around the country during the past week.

From this crazy, full court game-winner in Indiana to an equally outrageous shot from the New York high school playoffs, the miracle makes are coming hot and heavy.

And they aren't just in high school games. Over the weekend at the Central Loudoun (Va.) Basketball League's sixth-grade championship game, a kid named Alex sank a half court buzzer beater to give his team the title.

Talk about a crazy turn of events -- with just seconds left on the clock, Alex stole the inbounds pass and managed to throw up a miracle shot from just about half court.
