If you thought "Capture the Flag" was difficult, wait until you see "Capture the Pole."

"Capture the Pole," or Bo-Taoshi as it is known in Japan, is a game played at the National Defense Academy of Japan. Cadets are divided into two teams of about 70 men, and the idea of the game is to take down the opponent's heavily-guarded pole.

It sounds, and looks, extremely difficult. Amazingly, only one cadet was injured in the exercise shown below.
