Kevin Love's sweet stroke apparently extends beyond the basketball court. The 6-foot-10 power forward is an excellent shooter and even won this year's three-point shooting contest at the All-Star Game.
But Love recently proved that he can also hang with the big leaguers on the diamond.
The Minnesota Timberwolves' star made a trip to Target Field, where he took batting practice and shagged fly balls before throwing out the first pitch. With Ron Gardenhire on the mound, Love crushed a pitch to the upper deck in right field.
Love played baseball in high school, and he says at one point he threw upwards of 90-miles-per-hour. So in addition to dominating the paint, Love can throw heat and hold his own in the batter's box. Now that's impressive.
