Snagging a foul ball at a Major League Baseball game isn't as easy as people make it look.
One unlucky fan learned that lesson the hard way during a Yankees-Mariners game in the Bronx this weekend. The man, seated at field level on the first base line, reached over the railing in the first inning in an attempt to grab a Curtis Granderson foul ball.
Not only did the fan miss the ball, but his momentum carried him over the railing. Watch as his friend tries to lend a hand but just can't stop laughing.
This must've been pretty embarrassing, but this guy can take some solace in the fact that it could have been worse.
