There aren't too many college football coaches who could do what Kentucky coach Joker Phillips did at his team's "Pool Day."

The coach and his players were taking some time away from the practice field, and it certainly looks like they enjoyed their time off. Phillips, who is in his third season at the helm in Lexington, did a full backflip off the diving board at a local pool.

But with all due respect to Phillips, the most impressive diver was almost certainly Steven Duff, the Wildcats' 6-foot, 330-pound offensive lineman. Duff does an entire array of jumps, including a front flip and a near backflip.

The only people not enjoying Duff's jumps are the girls sitting on the edge of the pool who are the unfortunate recipients of the aftershocks of Duff's dives.
