With softball removed from the Olympics, fans will have to settle for the World Cup of Softball to get their summer fix. And this year, Team USA did not disappoint. The Americans topped Australia, 3-0, in Oklahoma City on Monday to win their sixth straight championship. Three American pitchers tossed a one-hitter, while Team USA scored all its runs on a pair of errors.

One of those Australian miscues led to a rare accomplishment for left fielder Michelle Moultrie. The University of Florida star recorded an inside-the-park home run after laying down a bunt in the fifth inning. The best part about this play? Moultrie got to home plate standing up.

The Americans might not be able to say they took first place at the London Olympics, but their performance in Oklahoma City was as good as gold.
