Most people are aware that there is major golf tournament coming up this weekend. You know, the one in England with the claret jug.

Golf enthusiasts, however, may be surprised to know that a major golf tournament took place last weekend. Sort of.

Last weekend, the comedy group Improv Everywhere staged a "Mini-Golf Open" in New York City. The group of improv artists, along with an entire gallery of spectators, surprised kids and their families with a tournament-like atmosphere which included commentators, ESPN cameras and a claret jug. What ensues is hilarious.

"How can you build from this moment, seeing as you were so close to taking that championship?"
"Try to aim better."

Classic response by the runner-up-- short and sweet. If only all of our athletes were that honest.

And if you were wondering, yeah, that's the real claret jug.
