The next gruff, snarling voice you hear shouting at the local football game may not be directed at the coaches, players or referees. As this video demonstrates, a cheerleading mom may steal the show in the stands with her powerful roar.

At the Louisiana High School Athletic Association Cheer and Dance Competition on Dec. 3 in Lake Charles, one of the Archbishop Hannan High School moms took supporting her squad to another level, producing octaves that would intimidate NFL offensive linemen.

The holiday-themed ensemble of a green and red plastic hula skirt and an elf hat almost certainly appeared harmless to others as they passed the mom during the competition. Little did they know it was an elaborate ruse to hide the drill sergeant demeanor underneath.
