The Packers opened the season Sunday with a win in Chicago, but fans in Green Bay were still busy tailgating at Lambeau Field and saw the world's largest bratwurst being grilled.

A 120-yard, 250-pound Johnsonville brat was prepared to celebrate the start of the season and the 100th anniversary of Delaware North, the Packers' food provider at Lambeau.

A special grill had to be built to accommodate record-setting brat.

WBAY reported the event helped raise $40,000 for local charities.
