J.J. Watt must be a big believer in breakfast being the most important meal of the day because he eats two of them.

In an interview with Jimmy Traina of Fox Sports, Watt covers lots of ground, including Katy Perry, his social media exploits and the Texans' being selected for HBO's "Hard Knocks" training camp series.

But starting the day with two breakfasts is quite intriguing, even for someone who is a huge workout freak like Watt. There is one common element to the two sessions: Lots of eggs.

Here's the breakdown Watt gave to Traina:

Breakfast No. 1: Five eggs, hash browns, whole wheat pancakes, banana, orange juice, water and an apple.
Breakfast No. 2: Five eggs, oatmeal and wheat toast.

There is an egg shortage in the U.S., which has been blamed on avian flu. This has caused prices to spike, but fortunately for Watt, he is starting a six-year contract worth $100 million.
