The folks at the Big Ten basketball tournament in Indianapolis have taken food customization to an entirely new level.
This weekend fans at Bankers Life Fieldhouse can get hot dogs with themes that match each of the conference's 12 schools. Check out the entire roster:

Highlights include Wisconsin's offering, which has three types of cheeses (cheddar, pepper jack and provolone) to go along with Cheetos, and Michigan's frank, which brings together bacon, blue cheese slaw, golden mustard.
A theme in these hot dogs is chips, a variation of which is served on Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska and Penn State's offerings. Yum.
The Atlantic 10 tournament, being held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, had a similar idea with sandwiches such as the Fordham Rams Cheddar Brat, St. Joseph's Hawks TriTip Steak Sandwich and the St. Bonaventure Bonnies Brisket Burger, according to a story in the New York Daily News:
