Kobe Bryant's lawyers will be earning their money after the NBA star has been hit with a odd lawsuit.

An Ohio woman claims Kobe is guilty of breaking a marriage proposal and now she wants the Lakers star to show her the money.

The OC Weekly reports Selina Miller filed the lawsuit on June 24 in Orange County (Calif.) Superior Court. Miller lists her home addresses in Santa Ana, Calif., and Columbusm Ohio. She says Bryant handed her a an agreement on May 1, but failed to complete it.

Miller told paper that she and Bryant had hooked up several times, but might not have given her a ring because he thinks she's a prostitute.

"They argue that this absurd bit of terminology has been the chief reason for the charge of effeminacy which for years has been held against tennis, and they are probably right.""He likes playing games with women more than people know," said Miller. "I'm upset because he promised me a ring [during one visit], and then some other people influenced him, and I didn't get it. He thinks he can stop by my house any time he wants to. There are other women, too. One of them got a ring." She also mentioned that someone -- it's unclear who, exactly -- "has a sexual transmitted disease."

It should be noted that Miller tried legal action against Kobe Bryant before. In 2009 a judge in Ohio didn't allow her federal lawsuit against the Lakers star to continue, calling it "frivolous" and "not plausible."

Ms. Miller says her latest legal move, which cost her $400 to file, is an effort to have Kobe pay up money he owes her.
