What do you get if you present a panda cub with a ball?
One extremely cute video.
Xiao Liwu is a 20-week-old panda at the San Diego Zoo who recently was filmed during a routine check-up, and the video has gone viral.
At the checkup Xiao Liwu was given a plastic ball to test his strength and coordination. Xiao Liwu, whose name means "little gift," loved his new toy.
"He was really enjoying hugging it and rolling on it and doing those kinds of 'rolly-tumbly' things that panda cubs are so notoriously cute for doing," said veterinarian Beth Bicknese.
The resulting video is adorable, and it has been viewed more than half a million times in less than two weeks.
