We've seen before that cats have some pretty impressive climbing abilities. The felines in this popular video may only be kittens, but they are already well on their way to becoming acrobatic experts.

The cats, named Pumpkin and Squash, are desperate to get out of their enclosure. So they begin to scale the small fence, slowly but surely reaching the top.

During the kittens' adventure their mother comes to check on them, and apparently satisfied with what she sees, she decides it's O.K. to walk away while her offspring is flailing from the top of the fence.

Both of the kittens make it successfully over the fence, although the second one looks to have a little remorse after completing the journey. He or she looks back into the enclosure as if to say, "Maybe the grass isn't greener on the other side after all."
